Use of Services
You agree to provide accurate information for quotes and bookings and to ensure safe access to your vehicle during service appointments.
- Ensure a safe, legal parking location with enough space and lighting for our technicians to work.
- Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
- Provide access to power and water if the selected service requires it (when applicable in your area).
- Notify us in advance of any special conditions, modifications, or sensitivities (wraps, matte finishes, ceramic coatings, etc.).
Pricing and Payment
Prices listed in the catalog are in CAD and may vary based on condition. Any adjustments will be confirmed before work starts.
- Quoted prices are estimates based on the information you provide; excessive soiling, pet hair, tar, overspray, biohazards, or paint correction needs may incur additional fees upon inspection.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major cards and other displayed methods in your region.
- Taxes and applicable fees are added at checkout according to your province or territory.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-change fee.
- If our team cannot access your vehicle or the location is unsafe, we may cancel on arrival and charge a call-out fee.
- Weather-related changes may be required to protect your vehicle and our staff; we will coordinate a new time promptly.
Vehicle Condition and Exclusions
Our services are cosmetic. We do not repair mechanical issues or structural damage, and certain contamination may require specialized treatment.
- We do not remove seats, panels, or components unless stated in the service description.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn trim, failing clear coat, or aftermarket parts that detach during normal cleaning.
- We may refuse services involving hazardous materials (e.g., mold, blood, bodily fluids) unless booked under applicable specialty packages.
Service Completion and Inspection
Please inspect your vehicle upon completion. If you have concerns, notify the technician on-site or contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- Reasonable touch-ups will be scheduled as needed; refunds are considered case-by-case.
- Results vary by vehicle age, paint type, and prior condition. Stains, etching, or defects may not be fully removable.
Liability
We take great care during service. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the service in question, except as prohibited by law.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including downtime or loss of use.
- You are responsible for removing valuables. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customer Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website or services.
- No fraudulent bookings, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain services without payment.
- No harassment, unsafe requests, or instructions that would violate laws or safety standards.
- No posting or transmitting malicious code, scraping, or reverse-engineering our systems.
Promotions and Gift Cards
Discounts, promo codes, and gift cards are subject to specific terms at the time of issue.
- Single-use codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law) and may have region limitations.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Canadian and international laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
- Trademarks and branding may not be used without permission.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to its collection and use as described therein.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- No guarantee that every defect, stain, or odor will be eliminated.
- Estimated timeframes are guidelines and may change due to condition or environment.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the parties agree to seek resolution in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
- You agree to bring claims in your individual capacity only, not as a class member or representative.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will take effect upon posting to this page unless otherwise stated.
